This is my Baby Big Ears Giraffe beanie knitting pattern. Like all of this range it has been designed to hide babys’ own unsightly ears.
I used cotton dk with a chenille contrast but any dk yarn can be substituted. This knitting pattern covers sizes S, M & L so can be made for any baby/child with a head circumference between 14-20 inches.

Georgina is knitted in dk yarn on 3 mm needles and measures a whopping 20 inches high and 10 inches long, well she is a giraffe!
Baby Georgie is knitted in microknit format in n0 8 perle cotton on 1.2 mm needles and measures just 9 inches high and 4 inches long.

The knitting pattern contains intarsia charts where appropriate and this is a great opportunity to test your colourwork skills.

This is my madmonkeyknits Georgie the Baby Giraffe toy knitting pattern. Georgie may look big and tall yet he is only 10 inches high and 4 inches long which is very small for even a baby giraffe.

Georgie is knitted in microknit (or amigurumi) format on 1.2 mm needles using no8 perle cotton.
